I need an activation code for Office. I have a license for Office 365 (subscription) which I activated by using the above-mentioned license key. That code works for now, but when I will install Office 2016, I have no activation code, as if I start using this edition of Office.

Your Office 365 license is for an Office 365 subscription, and not Office.
A subscription allows you to activate and use the software for the period of the subscription.
If you are using Windows 7 as your operating system, you have a license for that edition of Windows.
If you upgrade to a later version of Windows, your license is valid for that version of Windows.
To check the valid license of your Windows installation, use the User Account Control (UAC) Windows feature to open the Features View of your Windows 7 Start Menu (or an equivalent Windows version). There should be a red circle with an activation code in it. The activation code is shown in the screenshot below.
You can check if your Windows 7 license is valid using this activation code. If the activation code shows a white color, it is valid.
